Our founder and CEO, Mike Williams, was just 14 years old when his mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. For years, he watched her endure debilitating pain and the emotional toll that came with it—often with little relief from traditional treatments. That experience sparked a lifelong mission: to find better, drug-free solutions for pain relief.

Today, the people he cares about most use iReliev products. That personal connection is why we hold ourselves to the highest standard—designing pain-relief solutions that are effective, reliable, and accessible to those who need them most.

As our mission grew, so did our approach. To help more people live with less pain, we expanded beyond electrotherapy to include hot and cold therapy and massage—offering more ways to support relief, recovery, and everyday wellness. We’re constantly pushing ourselves to innovate and improve, so you can feel better, move better, and live better.

Our Promise to You

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return eligible item(s). Please review the full policy below to understand the terms, process, and any exceptions that may apply.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please call 855-723-2582 to speak with our Customer Support Team. Once your RMA is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions for return shipping.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped to our facility in Colleyville, Texas. ExcelHealth Inc. does not provide return labels or cover return shipping expenses. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for proof of delivery.
