Our Promise to You
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return eligible item(s). Please review the full policy below to understand the terms, process, and any exceptions that may apply.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please call 855-723-2582 to speak with our Customer Support Team. Once your RMA is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions for return shipping.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, your returned item(s) must:
- Authorized with an RMA number prior to return.
- Received by our facility within 10 calendar days of the RMA issue date.
- Delivered no later than 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
- Same condition as received, with all original packaging and components included.
- Without an RMA will be refused and sent back to the sender.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped to our facility in Colleyville, Texas. ExcelHealth Inc. does not provide return labels or cover return shipping expenses. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for proof of delivery.
Refunds
- Up to 2 business days for processing.
- 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after processing.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
